Built in local stone, the house is rented in its entirety, like a large holiday home, for 2 to 12 guests. Five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large living area of more than 60 m² and an enclosed garden.
The Prat tide mill can be reached on foot along the fishing-hut path. Dinan is fifteen minutes away, Saint-Malo thirty.

Around the house
A few iconic places to discover close by, on the banks of the Rance: the Mordreuc slipway and the Prat tide mill, which you reach on foot past the traditional fishing huts. Saint-Malo and its long Sillon beach are thirty minutes away, Dinan fifteen.
Two walks start right from the door, no car needed: the Prat tide mill walk via Morgreve (in French), a flat one-hour round trip, and the Rance towpath (in French), on foot or by bike.
And by bike, staying on the same bank, you can reach Saint-Suliac and Mont Garrot (in French), one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France, in about forty minutes.
