Minimum 3 nights outside school holidays — 4 nights during half-term breaks — 7 nights in July and August. Water, electricity, heating and internet included. Excluding the €250 cleaning fee, paid with the booking, and the tourist tax, paid on site on the day of arrival.

Additional charges

Booking in English? Send us your dates and we will reply within 24 hours with your rental agreement and a secure card payment link for the 30% deposit. The €1,000 security deposit is not cashed: an uncashed cheque handed over on arrival, or a bank transfer returned within 15 days.

- The best price. Booking direct, you pay about 10% less than on rental platforms for the same stay. No commission is added.
- Secure payment. Payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world’s most widely used payment providers. We never have access to your card details.
- You book with the owners. The house is ours. Servane or Olivier answers you, prepares the house and welcomes you.
- A proper rental agreement. The house rules can be read below, even before you book; the rental agreement is sent to you with your dates and price. The rental is provided by SCI PAYOUT (SIRET 820 152 429 00016).
- A deposit, not the full amount. You only pay 30% when you book. The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
You will also find us on Airbnb, at a higher price because of the platform’s fees.
How to book
- Send us your dates — use our contact form with your arrival and departure dates and the number of guests. We reply within 24 hours.
- We send your rental agreement and a secure card payment link (Stripe) for the 30% deposit.Your booking is confirmed as soon as we receive the deposit and the signed agreement: nobody else can book these dates.
- You receive a confirmation email, summarising your dates, the amount paid and the remaining balance.
- A few days before your stay, we send you everything you need for your arrival: access, keys, Wi-Fi and our local tips.
- The balance — payable no later than 30 days before arrival, by card via a secure payment link we email to you, or by bank transfer if you prefer. Booking less than 30 days ahead? You simply pay the full amount at once.

Cancellation
- More than 60 days before arrival — the deposit is refunded, less a 5% administration fee.
- Between 60 and 30 days — the deposit is retained.
- Less than 30 days — the full amount of the stay remains due.
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance. A certificate of holiday third-party liability insurance will be requested.
