A house with a history

We are Servane and Olivier. We lived here for many years, and this house saw Aurèle and Eliot grow up.

Today the boys have left to study and we have moved closer to Saint-Malo. But we could never bring ourselves to sell it: it has been the setting for so many happy family moments.

During your stay you may well meet Olivier, who still looks after his beehives nearby, or Yann, our lovely neighbour, who is always happy to lend him a hand.

Today we rent it out in full, like a large family holiday home: up to 12 guests, for holidays, family gatherings or longer off-season stays.

What our guests say

★★★★★ 5.0 on Google

“An exceptional place. A real change of scene while staying close to all amenities. Not overlooked, with a safe, fully enclosed garden… Lovely walks straight from the house.”

Rose G. — August 2026 (translated from French)

“The house was very comfortable, well furnished, and very well suited for a larger group. The large garden was also particularly enjoyable on sunny days… Everything was easy and welcoming from start to finish.”

Luna S. — family of six, September 2026

“Great stay with Servane and Olivier. The house is so charming and authentic…”

Alexandra S. — September 2026

Around the house

A little corner of paradise

On foot, you can stroll down to Morgrève or walk on to the Prat tide mill along the banks of the Rance. Fifteen minutes away lies Dinan and its half-timbered houses; thirty minutes away, Saint-Malo, its ramparts and lively old town. All the beaches of the Emerald Coast are waiting to be explored: Saint-Briac, Saint-Lunaire, Dinard and its big market, or Cancale and its oysters. Coming from the UK? The Portsmouth ferry docks in Saint-Malo, 30 minutes from the house: read our ferry guide.
